Do you understand the concept of "average?" The term contemplates some years in which the temperature on a particular date will be higher, some years lower. Again, what is your point?

Don, the average high temperature for April 27 in Fairbanks is 50 degrees Which means there has probably been some April 27 days in the 30s and some in the 70s.....in other words, nothing unusual about yesterday in Fairbanks.......You come across as a bit desperate to make your point in light of many of us having cooler than normal seasons lately. It's not really helping your cause or surprising any of us. P.S. Speaking for myself....I want D.C. out of my weather.
