Where is the exact line on the severity of the crime. Where is the exact line on the certainty that the crime is going to be committed, and do you trust the government to make that determination? What if the government oversteps it's bounds and uses torture as a political tool (as many, many government have and still do).

Grow up. They used it on three of worst MFs on the face of the earth.

Nobody was trying to use it on Americans, on non-terrorists, or even on the average terrorist. It was used in very specific circumstances on people who obviously -- to anyone who is familiar with the history of AQ -- had intimate knowledge.

Why is it you are so paranoid about government yet you want them to take over the biggest single sector of our economy? It seems to me you have some real mental health issues.

Well if you're just planning on murdering one person, I would oppose the government waterboarding you to find out how.

I don;t know where the line is. But I would not trust any government that didn't place the security of its people first.
