I'm into Opera and classical in a big way. I could listen to that 24/7 at (almost) any level.

That may be 'torture' to some.

Never been much of an opera fan, but prefer classical over everything else. I'm very partial to Beethoven and Chopin piano works, which I firmly believe is the best music ever created -- although, I listen to string quartets and violin music a good bit.

I listened to a lot of opera for a brief time during the early 80s, but more because it was available to me than because I really liked it. Just never developed a taste for it.
