O.k., I'll rephrase.

If oil trends toward 20 dollars, taxes on gasoline are likely to go up as certain types of politicians - I hope that word is o.k. - will have the excuse that people will be less likely to notice what would otherwise be a gain in their personal incomes. The increased tax revenue would go a long way toward helping keep the banks open, the insurance companies operating, the free clinics free, and uneconomic alternative energy sources producing.

Fraid that falls under the banner of free speech. He didn't insult anyone personally.

I don't like categorazitions either, but always looking for places to begin real dialog. Stuff like that you can't do much with.
