Housing payment on 30-yr. mortgage is about 50% of rent for
a similar place you could buy if you got the credit where I
live, so no wonder. Just need a job. -g-

The markets will recover unless we get the ugliness in rates,
and so far somehow the T-bond holders are tolerating 3% yield
along with mucho printin'. I guess they trust the Fed will
keep 'em low with infinite cash.
