I am absolutely against torture period, and have stated that repeatedly, which is irrelevant wrt the claim that Bush lied or broke the law. I am against Americans giving international law jurisdiction over American law. "Or is what you are saying, in essence, is that you support speed limit laws for everyone but yourself? Inapplicable comparison. Speed limit laws are for public safety. Driving isn't a win/lose competition where speed limit laws even the playing field. Driving isn't a fight to defeat or eliminate enemies. If you want nice, fair, and equitable you must eliminate brutality, tyranny, oppression, and war. When you have done that, I will serve in your kingdom. However, when there is oppressive tyranny, greedy corrupt brutality, and terrorist conduct in the world, and you oppose those who take a stand against it, I will not support you.
