I can see several other (R)'s jumping off the crazy train. All the northeastern (R)'s that still survive. If they don't, they'll just be replaced in the next election. Spectre has removed the stigma of being the first.

The same thing happened to the (D)'s after civil rights. All the racist (D) congresspeople saw the light and became (R)'s.

We really are. There is NOTHING to stop these people from socializing health care, increasing taxes massively, and generally destroying the democracy. It is a lost cause at this point.
