NO, but it is harmless. He was a liberal to begin with, acted like one, and just needs to be part of the killing off of our democracy.

Spectre said it all right here:

"Since my election in 1980, as part of the Reagan Big Tent, the Republican Party has moved far to the right. Last year, more than 200,000 Republicans in Pennsylvania changed their registration to become Democrats. I now find my political philosophy more in line with Democrats than Republicans."

Pols want to get elected. You can't get elected without a majority, unless you get a tie and are George W. Bush.

Welfare states voting themselves welfare, the fathers said that will be the end of the republic and you are too blind to see it.

I know inode will say good riddance. Before long the entire northeast,& far west will be repub free.

No kidding. And the Midwest ain't far behind between Coleman's bad behavior in MN and the southern senators bashing of American car companies.

They are killing themselves in the name of ideological purity.

That's the problem with ideologues. People get turned off and move away, causing the ideologues to lose power. Its why they eventually turn to violence. Losing power pisses them off and they start getting real aggressive.

they think they can still win but what they really dont get is that the rest of the country is contested now, so with the exception of a few deep south states, they got nada.

I think they are realizing just that and seems to only make them more desperate.
