If his agenda is to show that "torture" is bad, and he has evidence that "torture" didn't work, he would obviously release it.

The truly amusing thing is that not too long ago the wingnuts were claiming that "the ends justify the means" was the heart of Marxism. They were wrong, but they never let that stop them. So, who are the ones using the ends to justify the means?
