Fed court revives rendition lawsuit against Boeing 1 minute ago (AP:SAN FRANCISCO) A federal appeals court has ruled that a Boeing Co. subsidiary can be sued for allegedly flying terrorism suspects to secret prisons to be tortured as part of the CIA's "extraordinary rendition" program. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that a lower court judge wrongly dismissed the lawsuit after the government asserted the case was a "state secret" that would harm national security. The appeals court said the five prisoners suing San Jose-based Jeppesen Dataplan Inc. can try to prove their case without top-secret information that legitimately needs protection from disclosure.

Hell, I will settle for just not getting banned for one of my ideas-lol. The way I see it Wall street has been running the country the last 20 years or so, including Clintons presidency. Wall street lost trillions of dollars gambling with CDS's and CDO's and other esoteric derivatives and hedge funds. And now, we the public, are bailing out wall street to the tune of trillions of dollars. And I am not happy with Summers, Geihtner or the treasury department. And when corporations runs a government, that is fascism. Wikipedia: Fascism is a radical and authoritarian nationalist political ideology.[1][2][3][4] Fascism is also a corporatist economic ideology.
