Eh, I have not checked this one out completely but you might look at

tradersdigest.com

In any event, the exchanges charge far more for real-time quotes from the futures exchanges than from the equity markets so it may be hard to find that on the internet.

Instead of looking for "spz", the real symbol for the December contract is SP 7Z-----sometimes, SP Z7, sometimes no space after the P, etcetera.
