Michael uniting the two companies which they built is been a goal all along. This is the second time ANMR is trying to consolidate with MAMO and when you consider they both came from one and people on both companies work under one roof and have worked at both companies it is not a conspiracy.
MAMO needs capital to comercialize their system ANMR has capital. Mamo can get venture funding and sell or dilute their shares (our shares) trying to do this or they can smartly consolidate with ANMR who
has the patents to allow them to use their technology for other modalities. I really believe the two companies will make it or break it together. ANMR is develop and will run the installation at Faulkner and will do the same for others. It recently received a vote of confidence by their strong partner GEMS. I don't see any mystery other than human nature and greed which sometimes causes legal problems and helps nothing.
ANMR is buying MAMO back get it buying it back for cheap. They are reverse spliting and will do this either way. Mamo stock holders will be paid off in ANMR stock which will then appreciate in value as it comercializes Mamo's system and everyone wins. What is wrong with this?

Micheal,
When they proposed the merger few months ago, ANMR was 0.25 and MAMO was 1.00. That was 1 : 4. That is why they proposed MAMO will get 40.0% of their shares, after ANMR reverse split. That was fair to both stockholders.

(A)If I bought $1000.00 of ANMR at 0.25 I would get 4000 shares, after reverse split, my total shares will be 400 shares at $2.50 and my worth will be 400 X 2.5 = $1000.00.
(B)You bought $1000.00 of MAMO at 1.00 you would get 1000 shares, after merger you will get 0.40 of your 1000 shares at ANMR reverse split price, that is 0.40 X 1000 = 400 shares, then your worth will be 400 X 2.5 = $1000.00.
So both you and me still have our $1000.00.

Since then both ANMR and MAMO were going up/down. Sometime 1 : 3, sometime 1 : 3.8, sometime back to 1 : 4. Who know what the prices will be on the merger approval day, It may be at 1 : 5 ! Then ANMR will get a good deal on the backs of MAMO stockholders !!

I had 80% of ANMR and 20% of MAMO couple of months ago, every time ANMR : MAMO got down to 1 : 3, I bought more MAMO, now I have 49% ANMR and 51% MAMO, now I don't care X : Y , either way I will be O.K.

If everybody think MAMO is a bargain compare to ANMR at this time, and they start put in their BUY order, may be in few days, the ratio will become 1 : 5 !! Then ANMR will be a bargain !!

For me 49%ANMR and 51%MAMO, who care !!
I will be watching you guys, ha ha ha
