As of last year and according to the corruption ranking of Transparency International, Iraq ranked 2nd worst in the world, slightly higher than Somalia and in line with Myanmar. I assume Transparency International is one of those rad lib Anti-American propaganda outfits. Especially since they are saying that Iraq is worse than a country that has effectly has no government and is basically ruled by corruption.
