Carmax Resources (CMX-V) shareholders say no to rollback, name change.

On April 16, 2009, Carmax Explorations Ltd. held a special general meeting of shareholders for the purpose of considering a resolution which would authorize a rollback of the company's issued and outstanding share capital on a one-for-10 basis. The special resolution failed to get the requisite votes of shareholders in order for the resolution to pass.

As a result, the company's share capital will not be consolidated as proposed.

A second special resolution which would have authorized a change in corporate name was abandoned at the meeting.
