They all set each other's compensation and construct each other's golden parachutes as they laugh at the dumbass shareholders who don't have a clue. Exactly. And in some cases, they've gone to the well too many times. How many shareholder voting forms have you gotten where you had NO IDEA of who the clowns were, what their positions were, or what they did? Most people just vote "yes" to whatever is recommended. I always vote 'no'.
