NEITHER 'complete Capitalism' (100%), nor 'complete Socialism' exists --- or ever has existed --- anywhere on Earth. Nice thought experiment, but in reality the game is always played between the sidelines.... Actually complete capitalism existed in ancient times. But OK I admit this is true and it can no longer exist completely, but lets say as completely as the socialism that existed in the Soviet Union in the 20's and 30's. Thats when people starved to death because the farming pheasants made as much money for not working or hardly working as they did when they worked hard.
