"How bout a country such as Somolia? It has always been corrupt and may have been worse in the past." I'm sure there is plenty of corruption in Somalia (and Saudi Arabia, etc.) and I'm SURE that they likely rank pretty HIGH in this annual survey of corruption --- that as they always have ever since the survey was first begun. :-) "Polls are full of these inaccuracies." Sure... nothing perfect about polls, (but is there any fairer or more objective way to assess something like this?)
