Gee, I wonder what those words are? I can think of a few that might make the list:

Veto

Conservative

Tax

Terrorist

Gun

Depression

Savings

These are just a few that Obami would find 'actionable'......

One wonders what the dissenting Justices would say to an attorney arguing before them and referring to their questions as F------ stupid or a bunch of S---! Which is the way the Hollywood types made their opinion known about GWB and his administration during public events - Golden Globes etc.

That would end Ginsburg's concern about the court creating a long shadow over the First Amendment with their decision to remand.
