"Sometimes i wonder why conservatives have become such laughing stocks. What could it be?"

There is nothing wrong with conservative values, nothing at all. Standing on principle and working to preserve things of value, while the goof balls around you chortle and yuck it up is not new. Since the story of Noah, the scenario has been repeated in every generation and circumstance of significance.

There is nothing wrong with liberal values either, for that matter. Holding onto archaic tradition can stifle and stagnate culture. Innovation is the only path to change and renewal for future generations who will need to solve the problems we are creating by the solutions we implement today.

A balanced mixture is healthy. Be liberal with your consideration of change and new ideas and be conservative with maintaining the tried and true, the healthy culture and environment that nurtures growth prosperity and health.

Is the Mushroom Messiah a liberal or a conservative?

SD, you really want to defend John Murtha, who is arguably the new king of pork after Ted Stevens lost?

You really think wasting millions of dollars toward a politician's vanity project is "stimulus"?

Even the mainstream media is taking notice. I think you're making yourself out to be the real laughing stock here.
