That's what I thought until recently when I saw GS HBC and
SPG raise a lot of money through their offerings.

great call on $32.50. the question is - where do we go from here? bonds are up big, higher rates might spark some concern. or not.

the trend still seems to be up, though, but the momentum seems to be slowing just a bit.
