Alaska is as close to socialism as any state can be. They consider the crude oil which oil companies work hard for, take risk for, and spend big money to recover, the people's property and so the state charges the oil companies to harvest their resources. The people of Alaska then split that money up amongst themselves. That's as socialist as it gets. Funny how no one on the right ever complains. It's almost like they're unprincipled hypocrites... SD

Isn't that the biggest scam? They whine and complain about the rest us, call us socialists, baby killers, etc but at the end of the day, they are very glad to take our tax money to keep their states running. All I can say is: "Nice Pimp!" AND we store their cotton crop for free. RW, they are ripping us off and b*tching about it every step of the way. AND......Alaska distributes a bonus to its residents each year. They don't have enough money to run their state but they give out dividends with blue state money. Why is this happening?!
