Kevin??? The commentary of a Kansas City Star reporter carries more weight with you than the Government Accountability Office report.

The facts are there and they are undisputed by any legitimate analyst. Are you really trying to claim calling it 'pranks' makes it something to discount, while calling it 'vandalism' makes it propaganda. I am ok with using them as synonyms or a matter of perspective, in this case. Definitely not cause for calling the report a lie. Whether pranks or propaganda they caused significant property damage and were mean spirited enough to say the intention was to cause some level of mental suffering for Bush... hey, maybe we should call it 'Torture'. <g>
