We're about to run even higher deficits to achieve any expansion whatsoever. Seems to me that the Fed is running out of ammo.

The economy was way too dependent on deficit spending during the Bush years, and it's going to get worse under Obama and the Democrats' "porkulus" bill.

Keynesian theory, like any other economic theory, works until it doesn't.
