I have this option to try out thehealthybutcher.com It's illegal to sell wild game in Ontario..

If I get out of this burg which I hope to do in a few years I'd like to move out to the boonies where that would likely not be a problem..

Most of the red meat I eat is wild game.

I read that there is a lot of disease among the Elk population.
