It wouldn't be because of bad earnings. Buffett doesn't play that game. My two best guesses:

- They are legitimately not done because they are still working on correct valuation of assets or earnings treatment, or some other accounting issue.

- They will be reporting a new position, or sale of an existing position, where Buffett has not yet finished his buying or selling.
