Just read a statistic from Happer's May 2009 issue(not availbe to copy and paste until June). "Percentage of U.S.Unemployed that have quit looking for a job as of end of March 2009?" Answer:31%.
That means they are NOT counted by the U.S, as unemployed, but one of are neat ways of putting out phony employment numbers.
