Ditto Lane3...

Especially now that I am wearing or trying to break in these
MBT shoes. Putting my feet up is the best thing in the world.

You left out this part that came before the but... :O) Maybe that will change

I always try to stay open and find it difficult not to view life in colour ( a statement that things are not typically binary or simple, not an attitude statement as in always cheerful :O) as opposed to black or white.. priorities change.. That was then, this is now oft comes to mind ..

On your fat gram note.. I always kinda took away from the grass fed / (and paleo diet you pointed me to recently) that the lower fats levels were the point.. that the 'constructed' diets high in corn or livestock produced more 'bad fats' in the subjects bodies.. I guess grass is the paleo bovine diet :O)

At any rate though with supplements / vitamins etc.. the amount of beef consumed may really not be worthwhile the added expense and time of grass fed sources.. Considering the percent of beef in our diet (my home) it may very well be moot...
