As far as worrying that more harm would come to American soldiers....that is equally bogus ...look at the facts. American soldiers were kidnapped, tortured and/or summarily executed by these animals long before all this became public knowledge. This is the part of the lefties arguments that agitates me the most....To question results from enhanced interrogation methods is one thing, but even coming within a 1000 miles of thinking people that will coldly murder a couple for the suspicion of adultery will try to "one up" the "cruelty" of our methods is the height of bullshit.

Yup! That dog won't hunt on most of their prevarications. The absolutely unspeakable acts the terrorists have inflicted on our troops is beyond the pale. And they were doing their obscene deeds long before there was any hint of "torture" of captured terrorists.
