What Clinton/Gore recession?

The Repub. Congress before they went over the cliff is more responsible for the economic shape the country was in at the end of Clinton's term, although you have to give Clinton some credit for signing on....

I might agree with you except Bush had a Republican congress too. Seems Clinton was the difference.
