HR 1207 now has 112 co-sponsors. My representative is still not among them, but today I sent him an e-mail asking again for his support. I listed the other co-sponsors from my state and made the point that no matter one's opinion about the country's central bank no one should object to an audit of that institution (no other government agency escapes a GAO audit). Then I added that I visit thousands of his constituents annually and that I'm going to begin carrying a copy of this e-mail with me. It's easy to bring it up in conversation these days. Phil
