Yeah, I think that the US Constitution lacks the most important amendment of all: The Pruning Amendment. If a law is not enforced, or if a legal loophole exists that circumvents the law, then the law is null and void after some time lapse of such state.

The benefits of pruning out dead wood is well known to any farmer, and since many of the Founding Fathers were farmers, it was a major oversight on their part to neglect this important feature of a healthy Constitution.

The situation we have now punishes the honest Citizen, and rewards those who are not, and teaches us to become that way.
