"John F. Kerry:"

A typical Tenchu apples and pineapples argument. Economic growth does not mean all groups share in it. Which definitely was the case during the Bush administration.

“George Bush is touting an economy that has seen health costs, bankruptcies, tuition, energy prices, child care and other vital household expenses hit record highs while family incomes have declined,” the campaign said in a statement.

> Meanwhile, the Kerry camp argued, employment growth has lagged under Bush, the hourly wage of new jobs created is below the national average and the administration has filed few unfair-trade complaints with the World Trade Organization.

I'll wait while you continue to split hairs, because that's all you have. No Democrat advocated raising taxes because the economy was expanding. Instead, they advocated raising taxes because they felt the economy was "lagging."

I am not sure what you think you've proven but its not making a lot of sense.

Thanks for admitting you have nothing but the strawmen of your own creation.

No Democrat ever claimed there was no economic growth during Bush. None, never.

Combining you strawman lies with absurd statements like this one: "John Murtha is no different than Kim Jong-Il," is there some reason i should take you seriously?
