(And... if you think that exclusive rights to broadcast can't be SOLD... then maybe the American people ought to be paying the telephone companies back their tens-to-hundreds of BILLIONS of Dollars back right about now! 'Cause... I assume they would not want us to KEEP THEIR MONEY if they knew they could have exclusive rights to the spectrum for FREE! :-)
