I rarely use ignore myself. People who ignore things they don't want to hear tend to be really good at failing. It's hearing the guy who takes the other side of my argument that helps me the most because they have often done a better job in thinking through the issues. I am grateful for all the people who have argued against me, and have saved/made a lot of money because of their input.
