No, they also sue on behalf of the following:

- Foreigners who have been unjustly detained. ( news.findanimmigrationattorney.com )
- Prisoners on death row since it is the ACLU's stance that capital punishment is a violation of civil rights. ( dose.ca )
- Those supposedly tortured under Rumsfeld. ( aclu.org )

In short, the ACLU pretty much sues over anything.
