LOL, all I see are a bunch of liberal hypocrites who defend Murtha's pork but attack Alaska's pork.

First the "Red Welfare Queen" states thing was tongue in cheek. Second Murtha seems to be a scum bag, but I did like that he opposed the war when few others had the guts.

Give me a break.

You've got it. Return the favor.

RW, > Yep my taxes go to build 'roads to nowhere' in Alaska. The 'Red Welfare Queen' states. Bunch of whiners.

LOL, all I see are a bunch of liberal hypocrites who defend Murtha's pork but attack Alaska's pork.

Uh.....why are you twisting the truth? No one defends Murtha's underutilized airport. There is no question it was pork when it was built in the 1990s. Now its 2009.....the economy needs stimulation....doing improvements at the airport helps provide jobs and stimulate the economy.

Didn't you have to take econ in school?

Cause you know, Murtha is "stimulating" the economy, but Palin is just representing a "bunch of whiners."

When Palin's bridge to nowhere was proposed the economy did not need stimulus. However if either the bridge to nowhere or Murtha's airport were proposed now, I would oppose both of them. Better to spend stimulus money on projects that provide jobs and will be needed ten years down the road.

Give me a break. All you want is for the right-wing to just shut up and take the government assistance.

We want the right to shut up with their non stop, destructive criticism and offer some constructive criticism for a change.

Aren't you tired of being the party of NO?
