The post doesn't talk about the 'UAW' because that was not what the post was about.

The post was about the REASONS WHY some of the debt holders wanted to force a bankruptcy filing.

Answer, (not surprisingly <g>) was: TO MAKE A LOT OF MONEY. (Through their CDS payouts, and perhaps even their GM or Ford holdings... while for their Chrysler bonds they are most likely going to get as good a deal from the bankruptcy judge as they were offered in the pre-bankruptcy deal anyway. So it's a WIN/WIN for some of the Hedge Funds. They are gonna make a big killing, regardless of what happens in the end to Chrysler.)

However, the other post I made to you today does talk about the topic you wanted to hear about, (the UAW):
