>>I believe you mean well but giving up long-term freedom for short-term comfort is Faustian.<< i also believe GST means well and i agree 100% that the current system is broken. however, it sure is easy to "mean well" when your on the receiving end of the transaction. i did note that no offer to pay an up front $400k fee, the same fee that would be levied on an 18 year old until s/he's 40, has been offered as "mean well money." look, i'd probably make out under that system, too, but i am sick and tired of being part of thievery nation. and we are cowards, too. we steal from the weakest in society - the young and the not yet born. bill gates and warren buffet should not receive subsidized health care, PERIOD.
