I NEVER made ANY COMMENT about any specific policy (or proposed law, or proposed tax change, or anything like that) at ALL.

All I did was note ONE TRUE FACT (since the post I replied to was talking about a legislative tactic called "budget reconciliation" (which is a way of introducing proposed legislation that get's around the normal difficulty of over coming filibusters in the US Senate).

I pointed out that President Bush pushed his tax changes through Congress in 2001 by using the exact same legislative tactic that people are talking about now, "budget reconciliation".
