Okay, I'm with you. Now, we're getting somewhere.

So, in the case of KSM, after he was asked politely to spill his guts about other plots in progress, and he said, "You'll find out soon", what would have been permissible? Was the interrogation over at that point? Or is there something you think WOULD be allowable?

Doing it 186 times to the same person is beyond torture..

Actually there was no 186 times, as I predicted it would turn out when these figures were released. But had he answered the questions on the first time, it would have been over. Right?
