I guess the amount of dough in money market (and treasury bills if one can tally how much is owned by investors and not the Fed..) would be a good indicator.. If lots of money is on the sidelines then the rally should have good legs still.

I heard on Bloomberg today, I don't remember who the speaker was, that $150 billion came out of the market and $15 billion has returned.
