Remove all the taxcodes benefiting the AIG and alikes.

There is absolutely no merit to have life insurance not
taxable. Maybe to 'dependents' on the tax forms.

It works like an extension of IRS's agent to collect tax/fee
and distribute to the CxO's instead of the treasury.
