Company still in money trouble. Drew financing sales calls personally. Drew and family own 150 M shares at a strike price well above current levels, plus has outstanding loans to ACII for ~300K. He failed to file proper paperwork to disclose, but I assume he will now. ACII is under an SEC investigation for activities over the past 4-5 years and he is cooperating fully. Call for money from last CC failed to generate any interest. Merger with Orbitform 'treading water' until money can be found to build a LACC Machine. He stated that all the fundamental engineering is now complete, but they cant get other companies to build a machine on risk. KSI is struggling given the current market, but is providing some cash flow to the overall company. However, ACII is running a deficit with no reserve. One BOD member resigned, so they are looking to add to the BOD. Any interested people who have an interest, proper background, and good ideas (read that as access to money sources maybe) are welcome to apply and be screened. They have talked to at least one candidate and are considering two others. He did not say how many will be added to the BOD, but it sounded like they were considering more than one possibly. Few questions from shareholders, so this format may 'evolve'. He did say that there are absolutely no adverse issues with ACII intellectual property rights, that this was a rumor conceived by one individual and then posted to a forum board purporting to be fact for his own purposes.
