Today we have a chance to see how DOW's circuit breaker work <g>. It is not a nice experience!

There is still no downgrade of GTW yet. Maybe the institution don't want to kill it at this situation. Unless there GTW is doing something which we all don't know, I expect more damage to come after the market stablized!
