Hedge funds need to be treated just like any mutual fund. They also must be required to disclose short positions in any stock they hold as well as margin exposure. I believe "long-only" funds are required to disclose these things so it should be fair.

Of course, I would pretty much restrict these regulations to larger funds, say over $50-100 million.

perhaps, but trust implies a history.

In this case the word Rule could be a typo, uncaught by the editors.....whereas the rightful word was RUSE.
