Her worst bit was calling the Prez of Pakistan to let him know that cruise missiles were going over Pak to Obama's camps. They called him and let him know, of course. Camps were cleared out by the time the missiles got there.

What about when she was mistaken for the hotel maid by diplomats at Rambouillet. She could have laughed it off but instead launched into an untranslatable tirade. Not the ideal temperament for a Secretary of State.
