We're nowhere near the size of sell-off that would prompt public announcements of new corporate buybacks in order to support the market. Yes, privately, companies such as MSFT are probably backing up the truck.

Techstocks are going nowhere for six months at least. CPU speeds are catching up with INTC at last and asian markets... you know the story.
