The problem is that what he says is not what counts. He pays lip service to all kinds of good stuff but then does other stuff. Examples are ear marks and the phoney budget cutting deal of $100mm. People see and hear the facade. Most don't get to the realities. It is a terrible situation. The bond market is catching on as interest rates are rising.
