That surprises me. After the grief Clinton got for his salute, I would have thought that Obama would have practiced. Perhaps he just doesn't care how he appears to the military-lovers. Figures they are Republicans anyway.

These touches of arrogance are small now, but they will loom larger as soon as the honeymoon is over. I'm not drinking the media Kool-Aid on this guy. As it sinks in that his words are perfectly cynical and have nothing to do with his actions, and what those actions are, Obama's popularity will start to fade.

Yesterday, I heard a local news broadcaster refer to his "cool swagger" while the film showed him walking to Marine One.

Bush was pan-roasted by the press for his "swagger." Guess he never learned to do it "cool."
