Dialed the number, given another to phone, dialed and tuned in. They asked my name and who I was representing. Investors were welcome. The press release said that you could dial and listen to a recording. Presumably at your expense.

I simply listened and took notes. They seemed very upbeat. Any questions that were technical (not financial) were usually answered with the comment that they would have to wait until the feasibility study or contact Bema.

Some of the questioners commented by congratulating the company or saying things like good project. There was a good variety of stock houses represented.

After I thought about the conference for awhile, a few things stuck out:

1. Placer hasn't been given anything here that I thought would be what I would request to make this kind of Committment, specifically the MRDI study. They seemed to not question that study or its conclusions. They said on more than one occassion that either their numbers were the same as Bema's or they had no trouble with Bema's numbers.

2. They mentioned on more than one occassion the upside because of the other targets specifically Roman, Romancito and Eva. Indeed it seems as if that might be equal to or surpass CC as an attraction .

3. Lots of Questions about financing. Very low key answers especially when throwing numbers around like a billion. My impression was that getting the finances could be done without share dilution anywhere.

4. I do not think after hearing the introductions that anyone from Bema was there or at least available on the phone.

5. The closing of this agreement is to be done by years end. Is anyone free to give better offers? Could someone check that out with Bema.

Last comment: I was up very early today and watched the opening trades. It seemed to me if we hadn't been Konged, the market wanted to go up and would have received this as a positive. Wishful thinking perhaps?

Hope this contributes to others.
